PRODUCT INTEGRITY MANAGER - QA
- Ensure integrity of new product wrt quality parameters from raw material to in-process to finished goods
- Ensure continuous improvement in process & product quality to achieve quality goals
- Coordinate with 3rd party Lab Testing for Chemical Safety
- Implement quality assurance standards; review efficiency of quality & inspection systems
- Devise sampling procedures for recording & reporting quality data
- Conduct testing & inspection of materials & products to ensure finished product quality
- Document internal audit, conduct 3rd party on-site audits, investigate customer complaints, compile & analyze quality data to improve the quality system
- Organize training to meet quality standards
- Monitor risk management activities, document management systems
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality & industry regulatory requirements
- Deep knowledge of Product Integrity, Toy Safety and Regulation, European and America regulation related to chemical safety, Testing Procedure knowledge related to Physical, Mechanical & Chemical Testing
