Product Quality Manager - Mobile Phone Accessories (5-7 yrs)
1. Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes and procedures for mobile phone accessories, including incoming materials inspection, in-process quality checks, and final product testing.
2. Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal quality specifications.
3. Maintain quality standards for raw materials, components, and finished products.
4. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues identified during production or post-production stages.
5. Monitor and analyze product performance data, customer feedback, and returns to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Lead cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve product quality issues, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and customer support teams.
7. Develop and maintain product quality documentation, including quality plans, inspection procedures, and quality control records.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to mobile phone accessories to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
9. Collaborate with product development teams to provide quality inputs during the design and development stages, ensuring manufacturability and reliability of new products.
10. Manage and mentor a team of quality control technicians and inspectors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
