Product Specialist - Decorative POP (3-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical support for Deco-POP customers
- Product Forecasting in BW system
- Corrective and Preventive actions to control the rejection at customer site.
- Business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from customers companies
- Handling of customer's requests, complaints and feedback
- Feedback on Market Intelligence
- Preparation of Sample on site for analysis & On-site evaluation of products
- Getting business for the company and meeting the service targets
- Maintaining cordial relation with Customer to achieve Customer satisfaction & business relation
Key Competency :
- Graduate in Chemical Engineering & having more than three year experience in plating on plastics process.
- Ability to make good decisions, and take appropriate action to solve problems
- Able to effectively convey ideas in writing is valuable, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales and negotiation skills and a goal orientated approach to work
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets & ambition and the determination to succeed.
- Confidence, self-motivation, time management and organizational skills.
- Team-working skills.
