Product/Tool Development Manager - Tool Room (7-15 yrs)

About the Role :
1. Drive forward product development, innovation to generate product & engineering advantage.
2. Lead the tool-room & design team to develop products, tools & dies, fixtures and SPMs
3. Scheduling and timely execution of development projects till mass production.
4. Responsibility for the management of all Tools Design activities including Request for Quotations (RFQs), Design freeze / release, Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA), Design Verification/Product Validation (DV & PV) testing.
5. Identify and implement design improvements (functionality, cost, design for manufacture)

1. Passionate about product design, manufacturing processes & technology and frugal engineering.
2. Experience of handling tool room.
3. Creative thinker
4. Knowledgeable about manufacturing processes, materials and finishing.
5. Willing to learn and grow.
6. Ability to handle pressure and get work done with a positive attitude.
