- Production execution
- Daily work assign to associate & Man power planning
- Ensure safety at work place
- Ensuring the product quality
- Knowledge on Mapping skill matrix of Associate
- Shop floor discipline management
- Experience of product-engineering staff for more than 3 years
- Knowledge in MS-Office (and CAD) operation
- Knowledge of sheet metal engineering work & Assembly & sheet metal process.
Can handle the TPP,PB & Sheet metal welding.
