Production Chemist - Chemicals Manufacturing (0-12 yrs)
Job Description : Chemist, Senior Chemist Shift In-Charge based on Experience
- Following safety Measures and Maintain Housekeeping
- Batch charging and maintenance.
- Experience in doing high vacuum distillations, Normal distillations.
- Products as per batch production records process operation as per SOP- s
- Handling different types of reactions like exothermic, pH adjustments, drying and other..
- Handling of Raw Materials as per MSDS
- Knowledge on DCS (Distributed Control System, PLC (Program Logistic Control) system
- HANDLING OF EQUIPMENTS : Reactors (SSR and GLR), Centrifuges (also Bottom Discharge Centrifuge), millers, Filters (LF, CDF, MF, NF, LMF, PNF and ANFD, PAND), Driers (TD, VTD, RCVD)
Shift Incharges :
- Apart from above requirements, person should have exposure in Automation plants. Able to review SOPs. Man management skils and meeting audit requirements and must be a expert in documentation
Education Qualification : B.sc/M.Sc. Chemistry/Diploma chemical/B. Tech. Chemical
