Production Chemist - Laboratory Tests (5-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Perform laboratory tests to produce chemicals according to established standards and guidelines.
- Ensure final product meets quality and customer specifications.
- Assess industrial chemical processes, detect inefficiencies and develop effective solutions.
- Help establish the most cost-effective methods to produce product
- Determine the proportions in which the raw materials can be mixed to increase drug yields while maintaining product quality.
- Investigate issues, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
- Maintain environmentally sustainable production activities
Candidate requirements :
- Strong practical laboratory skills
- Analytical and complex problem solving skills
