Production Engineer (2-3 yrs)
vWe are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to execute and monitor daily production activities related to Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) components including columns, rafters, purlins, and bracings. The role involves ensuring that production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- The candidate will supervise shop floor fabrication processes such as cutting, welding, drilling, and assembly operations.
- Close coordination with Planning, Design, and Quality teams is essential to ensure smooth workflow and timely project execution. The incumbent will also be responsible for controlling material consumption, minimizing wastage, and improving production efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate production reports, monitoring machine utilization, and ensuring compliance with safety standards are key responsibilities.
- The role requires strong shop floor presence and effective team handling capabilities to drive productivity and resolve operational challenges promptly.
