Production Engineer (3-7 yrs)
Job Description :
Skills required:
1. BE - Mechanical/ Production with 4-5yrs of experience in Production with an automobile industry.
2. Good in people Handling and able to take responsibilities of a shift
3. Team player.
4. Knowledge of 5S, TS 16949 and IATF requirements
5. Knowledge of SAP PP module is desirable.
6. Past experience of working in an auto ancillary / OEM is a must
7. Should be ready to work in all 3 shifts
Responsibilities:
1) The candidate must be able to work in an unionized atmosphere.
2) The average age of workers is 34 yrs and thus the candidate must have a Strong Personality to handle workers who are more in age and experience.
3) Getting work done from the workers is the Key Skilled required and thus the candidate should have good motivational skills.
4) The candidate must be strong in implementing and maintaining discipline as per Process and Quality requirements, leaves and Breaks are concerned
5) This plant is technically advanced therefore the candidate should be very strong in his technical skills.
6) Responsible for maintaining 5S, TPM, ISO: TS 16949 / IATF requirements
7) Exposure of understanding customer audits and quality standard.
