Production Engineer (5-7 yrs)
Position Engineer Production (Non-Toys)
Location : Hosur
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Implement and adhere to safety protocols and regulations
- Continuously look for ways to improve production processes and reduce costs
