Responsibilities

- To monitor and ensure process engineering in line with the company's internal controls, processes' guidelines by conducting process audits, customer audits and undertaking productivity enhancement and cost reduction activities

1) Ensure the process quality by reviewing and monitoring the process audits, analysis of available data, and developing the action plan along with allocation of responsibility to ensure adequate process control to support manufacturing activities at department

2) Facilitate customer audits by interfacing with customers, understanding their requirements and communicating it to the internal stakeholders in order to meet customer audit parameters and avoid any non-conformities/adverse comments.

3) Implement productivity improvement initiatives by analyzing the current processes, identifying areas for improvement in order to achieve productivity targets

4) Execute cost management activities by understanding the department needs, formulating and monitoring the execution of cost saving strategies to ensure that overall production costs are managed in line with the department budget

5) Conduct product and process audit and capability studies as per plan

6) Assist in implementation of New product development by conducting studies on product and process parameters and communicate TGR and TGW

7) Ensure adherence to production and quality standards such TPM, TQM, 5S etc... Through periodic audits and ensuring corrective actions to Non conformance
