Production Engineer - Electrical & Switch Gear (3-6 yrs)
We have an urgent opening for Production Engineer from Electrical & Switch gear Industry
Education : BE/ B.tech (Electric and electronics)
Salary up to 3 to 6 LPA
Responsibility of production assembly work :
- Receive production plan from production head
- Arrange material as per requirement
- Maintain daily WIP
- Hourly sheet monitoring and verified every hours and duly signed
- Implementation of optimum utilization of man, machine, material, production methods on shop floor
- 5S maitained in production lines
- Ensure product made according to specification
- To give proper feedback of Prod, Quality & other issues to workers in morning meeting
- Ensure production as per production plan
- Maintaining all records of material received, produced, rejected, return, WIP, daily basis
- Reporting to Manager - Production for all Non conformities and action plan for improvements.
- On the job training to all new workers
- Good Understanding of Electrical Drawing, Planning Key Skills Production Engineering Industry Industrial Products / Heavy Machinery
