Job Overview: -

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Engineer (Electronics) to lead our electronics manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will oversee production planning, process optimization, quality control, team management, and timely delivery of electronic components or finished goods, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Study scope of supply and BOM received from Design Department

2. Make a project time plan after studying all activities.

3. After checking BOM, release it for ordering by selecting appropriate suppliers

4. Monitor the progress of report daily using time plan and keep customer updated.

5. Make sure all materials reach in company in time with the help of purchase

6. Stabilize existing processes and look for improvements

7. Make process flows for Standard Products and manage minimum inventory of most consumed items with the help of stores department

8. Make sure accurate BOMs are feed in SAP with the help of SAP coordinator

9. Take review of mechanical projects/production/drawings from project engineers/team leaders

10. Discuss issues related to projects with management and other cross functional departments in review meeting

11. Assist design team with parts selection/design related issues

12. Assist in costing of parts to marketing/design team

13. Assist purchase/accounts in payment schedules as per project priority

14. Handle escalations from all functions of mechanical department and customers

15. Assist installation team in case of any queries

16. Should be ready to travel on site whenever required for technical discussions

17. Should be capable to inter-act with customers & handle on-site problems.

18. Interested in working towards EV (electric vehicle testing)

Qualifications

Education level: - BE in electronics/Instrumentation (E&TC) or Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunications (06- 08) years of experience preferably in SPM or engine testing industry)

Technical skills: -

- Good Knowledge of all PLCs, HMI, VFDs of all makes

- supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) proficient.

- Should be well known with Siemens/Mitsubishi/Allan Bradley PLCs. Should be capable of

HMI & SCADA programming?

- Good Knowledge of basic electronics, instrumentation & industrial sensors

- Working knowledge of SAP system, E-plan, MS Office.

Experience: - 3 to 4 years for BE, 05 to 06 years for Diploma
