Designation : Production Engineer Qualification : B.E (mechanical)
Age criteria : Below 35yrs
Job location : Kanpur
Experience : Min 3 to 5 yrs
Preferred Industry : SPICES,NOODLES,PASTA
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible to monitor & control the shift production planning activities.
- To ensure the shift production activities are carried out as per the plan and specified quality norms.
- Plan attainment
- Responsible to run a line with standard SOP, line balancing concept
- Responsible for the Damage (product as well as BOPP damage).
- Decision making in crucial situations.
- To monitor & control online inspection of specialized products.
- To control inventory wastage in shift.
- To resolve work operators & staff grievances of shop floor level & practice healthy relations to work as Team Work.
- Preparation of Daily Production Status Report & MIS.
- To ensure general discipline at the shop floor level within shift.
