Production Engineer/Senior Production Engineer - Plastic Injection Molding (6-12 yrs)
Job Description of Sr. Engineer / Engineer / Production for Injection Molding:
EXP REQUIRED: - 06 To 08 Years
CTC : 3.5 4.5 LPA
Candidate should be from Manufacturing Industry and should have:
1. .To make daily, monthly m/c loading & unloading plan.
2. To achieve production and making efficiency and utilization of m/c.
3. Production planning review & raw material arrangement.
4. Monitor to hourly production to achieve target as per plan.
5. Looking total production of Injection Moulding M/C.
6. Setting of Machine process & preparation of process parameters Sheets.
7. Trouble shooting while online production.
8. New mould trial & making mould trial report and m/c process parameter.
9. To give proper training of worker about trouble shooting,
10. To keep all mould in good working condition maintaining all defect in mould history card to prevent mould breakdown.
11. To do daily rejection analysis of molded component and make countermeasure
Should Be B tech or Diploma in Plastic Technology or Btech In Mechanical
