Job Description :

- Production Engineer need to study, adopt process, and give output based on sales requirement in pressurised assemblies/parts. He/she also modify/repair/replace existing products to make it usable with durability and increase efficiency or improve performance. He/she work on almost every part related to CNG, LPG, LNG products with large-scale production., He/she shall be have hands on experience from Oil & gas and Chemical equipment to hydrocarbon appliances.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Adhere safety for all the high-pressure products during assembly, testing, packing and delivery.

- Raw material storage for all parts and sub assembly storage before completing finished goods.

- Assembly process and per standard operating procedure.

- Finish goods material storage with stamps and serial numbers.

- Packed material on finished goods area.

- Documents and certification for dispatched materials.

- Material Planning for production.

- Indent raise for require parts as per rolling forecast.

- Assemblies & Servicing for CNG, LPG, LNG products

- All ISO documents and SOP's updating as per required standards.

- Major customer TPI for service material will be conducted as per requirements.

- Raw material DMI Number and following,

- Testing Machine & Parameters shall be adhered as per standard requirement.

- Production flow will be managed as per forecast and monthly planning.

- All Products Laser Marking based on customer production plan.

- All Products BOM & assembly updates as per Engineering.

- Pull testing performed as and when require.

- All Products Testing

- Storage of FG Stock

- All Products Packing

- All Products Dispatch to customer

- Certificates generate & share to Customer Support.
