Production Engineering - Automotive Firm (5-7 yrs)
Production Engineering (Automotive) position with an Automotive Company - Market Leader in Automotive Lighting based @ Pune (Talawade - Nigdi)

- BE/Diploma Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- 3 to 5 Years of experience (BE Engineering)
- 5 to 7 years of experience (IF Diploma Candidate)
- 3+ Years of Experience in Automobile Industries ( Preference for Lighting Background)
- Prior Company Experience Should be in Production Engineering ( NPD )Department.
- Knowledge of Cycle time Study/Motion Study/Ergonomic study must be required
- Knowledge about PFD & PFMEA must be required
- Knowledge of DFA/DFM should be required.
- Knowledge of SPC/R & R must be required.
- Knowledge of Lighting Critical Process, Like Aiming, Light testing, Leak testing must be required.
- Knowledge of Line Layout/Multiple Layout & its benefit required
- Knowledge of Material Handling System required
- Knowledge about Packaging Required.
- Knowledge of Jigs Fixture Design Review, Its Assembly & trouble shooting required.
- Knowledge About Pokayoke Requirement during Initial Level process design & other Process Control Points must be required .
- Knowledge of Robotic Programming/Gluing Application
- Knowledge about New Assembly Line Development & Its Installation & Process Validation Must Be required .
