Production Executive (2-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- To take care of Loan License(LL) individual location, to improve systems, qualitative developments
- To take care of HDC requirements and implement effectively on timely basis
- Production Planning, scheduling and execution of plan allocated
- Effective implementation of C GMP at Contract Mfg locations
- Identification of non-conformities and immediate remedial actions
- To ensure and minimize quality complaints from the products manufactured @ LL Locations
- Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance System
- Control over materials to meet production requirements Exploring new & cost-effective ways to improve Quality & Productivity
- Developing new ways of manufacturing, improving Quality.
- To Take care of delivery on time and improve delivery efficiencies
- To improve the material management and handling of material and control on inventory
- SAP Knowledge on production and planning module is beneficial
- Maintain RM/PM and FG stocks as per SAP stock at all time
- To maintain shop floor discipline at all time
- Facility upgradation as per Regulated requirement and certifications
- Good Communication in writing and convincing skills
