Experience: 3- 5 years- experience in the pharma industry or the Chemical industry with knowledge of handling equipment like extractors, reactors, centrifuges, and experience in effectively handling and managing the operators. Experience in Handling Reactions, Chemicals, Flammable Solvents and ensuring safe operations in compliance safety.

Skills: Basic Computer knowledge with MS Excel, MS Word. Clear communication and coordination.

Job Description:

- We are seeking a Production Executive with a background in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry to join our team in Bengaluru.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and ensure smooth operation of the production in all three shifts and all the units of production.

- Ensure a smooth handover of duties at the end of each shift, clearly communicate all relevant information to the incoming shift officer to ensure continuity.

- Initiate material requisition of raw materials required for all three shifts. Calibrate all equipment, including weighing balances and pH meters, and ensure all calibration data is properly recorded in respective logbooks.

Monitor and control production activities effectively throughout the shift, ensuring no deviations or manipulation.

- Assign duties to operators clearly and responsibly. Any incident of non-compliance by operators should be reported immediately to the respective line manager.

- Optimize the use of manpower and equipment and allocate the manpower as per work distribution.

- Ensure batch records are completed accurately and submitted within specified timelines.

- Raise IPC request forms for each sample, monitor the results, and record them in the IPC register books of the plant.

- Ensure all production activities are carried out in accordance with SOP, safety standards and environmental health regulations. Maintain a clean, dry, and hygienic production area always.

- Maintain logbooks for each solvent dispensed from the tank, including exact quantity, date, and time. Prepare and update daily and monthly solvent stock statements.

- Review batch manufacturing records and all related documents to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
