Production Executive - Rubber Processing (6-8 yrs)
JOB PROFILE :
- Preferable qualification with Rubber Technology or production experience in rubber process industry, preferably in Mixing, Extrusion and Steam curing.
- Minimum work experience of 6 to 8 years in above field.
- Preferably EPDM and NBR manufacturing process, preferable extrusion, steam curing or Continious curing methods
- Must fit into the team, means: open for discussions, cooperation with all team members, can listen and follow discussions, can influence the team decisions.
- Knowledge on Production planning.
- Man power planning and handling.
- Raw material planning & inventory management / follow up with supplier.
- Knowledge of compounding on a mill and / or in a banbury mixer.
- Testing Knowledge with Rheometer, viscometer, Tensometer and other rubber testings.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to design own process devices together with Proseal mechanical engineers.
- Trouble shooting in compound mixing, extrusion, steam- or hot air curing process
- Knowledge and handling experience of Rubber raw materials.
- Design of Experiment- - knowledge and statistical analysis.
- Preferably technical background of extrusion and steam curing or molding.
- Documentation of daily production records in SAP System. ( COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE MUST )
- Monthly production report summery to DH
- Knowledge of Rubber process machineries / maintenance.
- ISO Documentation.
- Knowledge on 5s activity.
- Rejection analysis / reduction of rejection %
- Fluent in english
