Production Head (Chlorinated Plant)

- Responsible for overall Production, monitoring and controlling all the activities of Chlorinated Paraffin, Hydrochloric acid, and Sodium hypochlorite with respect to process parameters, Quality, Despatch, Maintenance, Plant Material Requirement in coordination with respective departments and seniors and maintaining all plan as per requirement

- Handle the maintenance and preventive maintenance works and procurement of related plant items and different Raw materials as per as requirement in coordination with service departments like Mech, Electrical, Instruments and purchase

- Responsible for preparing & implementing monthly production planning & yearly production budgeting

- Preparing SOPs for the plant operations to meet the required quality standards and implementing approved SOP's as per plant operations and preparing Monthly reports, yearly reports, yield reports and all the related Plant Records

- Maintaining the quality of different grades of Chlorinated Paraffin products with different types of raw material with respect to minimizing the cost of products

- Responsible for maximum recovery of paraffin/olefins and chemicals for achieving higher yields avoiding wastages

- Handling despatch of different grades of chlorinated paraffin/hydrochloric acid and sodium hypochlorite as per customers requirement/Sales Plan

- Liaising with existing staff members, managers, supervisors, to achieve set goals

- Observing, analysing, and offering suggestions on current operations

- Scheduling meetings and training sessions with staff and others.

- Assisting with recruitment, training, and onboarding processes.

- Ensuring all health and safety, as well as company regulations are always followed by staff

- Leads troubleshooting effort in the event of operational problems and provide advice to the Shift Engineers

- To be responsible for the co-ordination and strategic alignment of all the activities of the Department in liaison with the Department management team

- Responses to plant emergency conditions as per direction of the Site main controller

- Assuring all safety equipment healthiness and trained all operator about how to use and awareness regarding workplace safety

- To achieve zero incident & accident by doing regular PTW task audit, safety interaction

- To represent the Department internally and externally, as required

- Ensure good operational systems in place so that that plant is operate in safe operating conditions.

Qualification And Experience:

1. B.E (Chemical) with 10-30 years of experience out off which last 5 years in handling the Chlorinated Paraffin's plant & having Experience in handling entire production of an Chlorinated Paraffin's manufacturing plant.

2. Well verse in handling statutory compliance related to Pollution control board and all other related to factories act.

3. Strong knowledge of Chlorinated Paraffin's manufacturing process.

4. Good at SSP machinery, instrumentation and chemical handling process.

5. Well versed in chemical knowledge.

6. Able to handle various Internal and External audits.

7. Well verse in data analysis and presentation.
