Production Head - Flexible Packaging (5-15 yrs)
We are looking for a highly qualified production head for a Flexible packaging company based in Kenya.
Key Qualities :
1. Proactive and Responsible
2. Ability to make change and infuse process efficiencies throughout all production process.
3. Ability to manage and reduce costs via different innovative methods,.
4. Ability to manage and reduce waste levels in all processes.
5. Should be willing to take charge and lead a team of 200 people
6. Should be a team player, honest and transparent.
7. Should know the basic certifications such as ISO, BRC, Kaizen etc.
