Production Head - Metal Injection Moulding (12-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- 12+ years of experience with BE in Mechanical Engineering, MBA will have added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Metallurgy in general Powder Metallurgy in particular & Plastic Injection Moulding.
- 10 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
- Eight years of experience in leading any Production Processes like Injection Moulding, Sintering, Powder Metallurgy, Heat Treatment or Machining.
- Good negotiation skills, strong analytical & communication skills with a thorough understanding of how to interpret customers business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively at both the technical and business level
- Focused and output driven, with strong Time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Should take care of Production Activities in Metal Injection Molding, Debinding and Sintering process.
- Ensure on time execution of Orders to meet customers Quality, Quantity and Delivery requirements.
- Lead the team of Production Engineers, Supervisors, and Operators.
- Coordinate with Internal & External suppliers to ensure on time delivery.
- Coordinate with Product Development Team to ensure on time development of products with more than 99% Yield rate.
- Vendor Recognition and Validation for Outsourced Activities
- Organize Production Team meetings to review Order Execution status.
- Good Order Execution Skills to drive team reach mile stones.
- Good knowledge of Shop Floor Dynamics
- Knowledge of International Production Practices like 5S, 6 Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Just in Time (JIT)

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
