Production Head - Wire Rod Mill (15-20 yrs)

Qualification : B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgy.
Location : Sambalpur / Jharsuguda, Odisha.
Experience : 15+ Years in Production & Operation of Wire Rod Mill division.
Salary : 1,50,000/- L to 2,00,000/-L Per Month Approx.
Role & Responsibility :
- Responsible for overall Production & Operation.
- Generate Standard operating procedure.
- Monthly and Quarterly review of production.
- Co-ordination with Q.C. Department for size change, according to that Roll assembly.
- Monitor plant process performance/ condition and co-ordinate with any required corrective actions with Mechanical maintenance.
- Overcoming production related problems generating in mill stand as well as in finishing & reheating furnace area during the operational period.
