Qualification : Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical
Experience :
a) 1- 3 years experience in wiring harness industry
b) Knowledge of LVDS and high-speed cables
Job Description & Skill Required
Wiring Harness Knowledge:
- Understanding of LVDS cable construction
- Crimping process knowledge
- Continuity testing & Hi-Pot testing
- Reading wiring diagrams & work instructions
- Harness routing & connector assembly standards
Process & Machine Knowledge:
- Crimping machines (semi-auto/manual)
- Cutting & stripping machines
- Taping machines
- Basic soldering
- Crimp height micrometer, pull tester
Team Leadership & Supervision:
- Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 20- 30 operators/technicians.
- Managing shift-wise manpower allocation and task assignments.
- Conducting daily team briefings and ensuring smooth coordination among all members.
- Handling team conflicts professionally and maintaining discipline on the shop floor.
