Superior Group is looking for a Production Magnetics Manager Saratoga Springs, NY
- Candidate is responsible for managing all production personnel, taking disciplinary actions as necessary, maintaining shop floor employees- time and labor tracking, and developing/implementing programs designed to promote safety and quality objectives.
- Ideal candidate has experience with 5S, Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and supervising production of transformers and magnetics components.
- Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as demonstrate time management skills and flexibility to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Computer proficiency is necessary to plan and establish work schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet production goals.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- 5 years in a supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
