- Responsible for handling production independently,

- Process standardization and up gradation
- Planning and execution of operation, planning & preventive maintenance
- Preparing SOPs, manuals & work instructions for total operations
- Responsible for quality management, Man Management
- Training of Assistants/ Supervisors
- Implementation of Lean and 5S
