- Find the root cause for the less production
- Take Corrective and Preventive action against root cause
- Action against rejection/rework and find root cause

- Review inspection reports and Ensure inspection being done as per the sampling plan.
- Action taken against dimension going out of range
- Inspected samples with identification mark
- Find the additional requirements of the machines, manpower, tools, measuring equipments, office assets, etc.
- Do the audit of the construction work on daily basis
- Daily Meeting and follow up of discussion points
- Conduct Training with proper prior training identification
