Production Manager - Brewery & Distillation (10-15 yrs)

Industry : Manufacturing Company (Brewery/Distillery)
Qualification : B.sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry) Bachelor's degree in engineering, Diploma in industrial Fermentation and Alcohol Technology,

Exp :
- 10-15 Years experience in handing operations in Grain based Manufacturing Distilleries Industry
- Planning & executing yearly shutdown activity like Job List preparation (Based on Plant Round, Preventive or
- Knowledge of Raw Materials, Production planning.
- Materials Handling, Controlling of fermentation& Distillation Operation of Grain based, Controlling of all
parameter during process. Prepare Daily Production Report.
- Technical Support to chemical process & plant operations (distillation) and compute heat and mass transfer calculations.
- Planning of plant maintenance work and plant operations, the working efficiency of process equipment's i.e. heat exchangers, condensers, cooler and pumps, Active participate in process development programmers.
- Monitoring of De-mineralized water plant operation for obtaining standard parameters.
- Basic Quality standards as per the standard operating procedures.
- Preparation of testing reports and maintain control samples.
- Complying with Good Lab practices and knowledge.
- Executing planning for manpower requirement, manpower deployment and utilization with production norms.
- Testing of all Raw materials, Packing materials and finished products as per the quality norms.
- Excise accounts compliance of transactions of spirit, blend and Finished products. Sensory evaluation of spirit, blend, D.M. Water and other alcoholic raw materials.
- Handled excise work of distillery as per U.P. excise norms, Exposed in handling Liasoning of all the department
- Handle day to day operation of the Distillery and support services including hands on operation of the process
- Responsible to manage working schedule of process Man-power.
- All machines and utility maintenance planning preventive maintenance, weekly, monthly and AMC.
- Specialty in technical spare parts re sourcing/negotiation in very low price (Control M&R Budget in range). Areas
