Production Manager - Concrete Sleeper Manufacturing (10-30 yrs)
- Candidate should have minimum 13+ years of experience in Manufacturing Process in Railway
- Manufacturing / Automobile Industry
- Managing day to day Production, Supervising the sourcing of raw material from Vendor, ensuring quality assurance & supervision of all aspects of Production
- Responsible for planning, Coordination & Control Manufacturing of Sleepers process as per the policies and procedures of RDSO Standards.
- To ensure that the products produced efficiently and at the right cost and level of quality Control cost reduction by implementing new techniques and better technology through KAIZEN implementation
- Ensuring that optimal inventory of spares and consumables related to productions is maintained.
- Liaising with various departments to ensure that entire production cycle (from planning and procurement to dispatch of materials) in smooth
- Drawing a production schedule & overseeing the under curing process & railway inspection process should have experience in Manufacturing process
- Ensuring that optimal inventory of spares and consumables related to production is maintained
- Liaisoning with various departments to ensure that entire production cycle (from planning and procurement to dispatch of materials) is smooth
- should be able handle all labour & union issues
- should possess knowledge on Taxation matters, PF, ESI matters and deal with concerned departments.
- Working experience in Sleeper manufacturing Industry is desirable.
