Qualifications- MSc Organic Chemistry/BTech Chemical Engineer
Experience - 10 to 12 Yrs
Lead operations of 2 production plants for acid and direct dyes
- Prepare and executive production plan
- Ability to plan production in a multi-product facility with varying batch and time cycles
- Detailed analysis of process flow diagrams to fully utilize available reactors/equipment
- Manage skilled and unskilled manpower to execute production plan
- Strict implementation of in-process testing at every production stage
- Identify areas of operational improvement to increase product yield and batch size
- Monitoring SCADA and PLC systems to identify deviations in process parameters
- Coordinate with R&D team for validation of new products, process improvements
- Weekly and monthly reporting to management on production performance
- 10-12+ years experience in Dyes or Azo Pigments Production Plant
- Education: Chemical Engineer/MSc. in Organic Chemistry
- Knowledge of dyes synthesis and/or azo chemistry
- Knowledge of reverse osmosis or ultra-filtration operations - Experienced in use of SCADA system and PLC systems is preferred
