Qualification : B.F.SC((Bachelor of Fishery Science)/B.Sc/M.Sc:
Working Days : 6 Days(rotational 1 day week off)

Job Location : Kolhapur.-416113, Maharashtra
Job Responsibilities :
- He can handle independently of all activity of fish feed (Food)production, like maintenance, quality, timely target achievement as per management requirement, smoothly running without affect on production & handle manpower properly without any issue
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Enforce health and safety precautions
- Report to upper management
