Production Manager - Flour (7-12 yrs)
Role : Production Manager - Flour
Qualification : Masters in Food Technology / M.Sc.(Mechanical/Electrical) Certified Milling Course
Candidate Profile :
Experience in Flour mill with multiple mills / grist and milling capacity in excess of 1500 Tpd
Ability to consider the relative wheat costs and optimize grist.
Experience of having handled wheat originating from Australia, Canada, Black Sea, India, US and Europe
Ability to make quick decision under pressure
Ability to communicate and share ideas information with team. Team Player with good communication skills
Ability to motivate, develop, and guide team.
Ability to initiate and implement new ideas
Knowledge of Oracle ERP
