Production Manager - FMCG (5-15 yrs)
About Role :
Location : Madukarai, Coimbatore.
Production Manager :
- Spearhead processing and production operations and plant capacity planning to meet projected sales targets.
- Expertise in managing cross functional activities encompassing in overall factory operation & maintenance with proficiency in coordinating with dept HODs and enhancing the factory operation and maintenance; thereby achieving the productivity.
- Analysis std vs actual for production target, labour cost, energy cost, spare cost, fixed cost and RMPM loss
- Expertise in planning management ( Man, machine, method & material)
- Ensure the production volume target as against the SKU plan ( More than 65 skus)
- Responsible for Product quality & factory safety. Ensure the product conversion cost within the budget
- Continuous follow up for std Vs actual with Dept HODs
- Responsible for Monthly & yearly audit score ( QA, GMP, safety)
- To plan & ensure the machine preventive maintenance
- Process rework wastage reduction
- Production volume achieved as against the plan
- Knowledge of Packaging
