Production Manager - FMCG (7-12 yrs)
Job Description :
Reviews production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates.
- Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for products.
- Prepares operational schedules and coordinates activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
- Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
- Develops or revises standard operational and working practices.
- Inspects production areas to ensure machines, equipment and crew are at optimum utilization.
- Resolves worker grievances or submits unsettled grievances for action.
- Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data.
- Ensure H.A.C.C.P. AND S.S.O.P.S are met and rigorously enforce standards of sanitation and product handling.
- Performs other similar or related duties as requested or assigned by Management.
- To update and report the activities to Factory Head.
Salary:INR 9,00,000 - 12,00,000 P.A.
