Production Manager - Food & Beverage Industry (4-9 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are hiring for a leading Food and Beverage Company in India who is presently looking to set up a plant in Karnataka, They are looking for an experienced people across the Production Vertical.
- Candidate must be from Food and Beverage industry (including Distilleries) having experience in having worked in an plant environment.
- The requirements cut across the production lines covering functions in both PET plant and Tetra Pack plant.
- There are multiple openings across the level for functions like Productions Manager, Shift Incharge, Line Technician, Operator, Wrap around Case Packer,
Responsibilities :
- The candidates would be responsible to oversee the production operations or their respective line function.
- The Candidate will guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.
- Candidate should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the cost
- The objective is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards
