Production Manager - Footwear (15-20 yrs)
One of our leading branded Footwear industry companies in Wallajah(Ranipet) is looking out for Production Manager.
Job Purpose: This position is responsible for full shoe production managing.
Function: Footwear - Production
Level/ Band: L 2 / Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Making shoes as per customer requirements.
2. Make shoes in accordance to the plan.
3. Maintain quality standards as per the specification.
4. He should have maintained first time pass of new samples.
5. He should have monitored all finishing standard according to customer specification.
6. Liaising with customers.
7. Write and enter daily production reports.
Desired Profile:
1. He must have good leadership skills and take charge of the production operations.
2. Ability to manage the production of shoes planned in the factory.
3. He should have finishing process knowledge of shoe making.
4. Positive attitude, goal oriented with the ability to foster strong relationships.
5. He should have Man management skills, should be able to train and motivate employees.
Educational Qualifications: Any degree
