- Line balancing, Knowledge of fabric defects, garment workmanship
- Manufacturing procedure
- Man managements
- Labor handling
- Strong quality focus & result oriented, good presentation
- Industrial engineering techniques which will be used in day to day.Good planner, can work under pressure
- Strong man management and can motivate people to deliver quantity and quality.
- Complete knowledge of MS office, Excel, internet.
- Should have minimum 5yrs experience in Production / Manufacturing of ladies garment
