Job Description :
Position : Production Manager
Base Location : Dahej
Type : Permanent
Client : Pioneer Hygiene Products
Responsibilities :
- The candidate must be well versed in operation and maintenance of Hot melt lamination machine.
- Process improvement, and budgeting a plus preferably from flexible packaging/PE film /Non Woven fabric Industries.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems
- Positive coaching/motivational skills, proactive, self-motivated, leadership oriented, able to help collaboratively resolve conflicts, and has a willingness to learn new things.
- Works well in a team setting, reliable, trustworthy and maintains interpersonal
- Written and verbal communication abilities in English.
Experience & Qualification :
- The candidate must hold Bachelors Degree in Engineering from a reputed college in India.
- The candidate must have 5 to 7 years of experience in Lamination on Hot melt Lamination Machine on PE film & Non woven.
