Production Manager - Machine Operations (6-10 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Supervise day to day operation of machinery in production process.
2. Maintain optimum efficiency in operation of all critical equipment.
3. Run periodical performance checks to ensure machines and operators are performing efficiently and take preventive measures to ensure healthy and efficient operations.
4. Design and verify processes of production to meet requirements, spare parts planning & inventory control.
5. Conduct periodical training for all factory staff involved with operation of machines. Motivate and upgrade skill set of technical team to achieve seamless technical operations.
