Position : Production Manager (Leading Manufacturing Company)

Role :

- To ensure that manufacturing process run reliably & efficiently, also to enable the on-going continuous improvement of all aspects of the unit in order to maximise performance

- Planning and organizing production schedules

- Adherence to budget and timeliness

- To ensure safe working conditions are designed and standardised

- To identify continuous improvement projects by working with local management, proposing any changes in working practices, developing new process in the plant

- To provide detailed problem analysis for engineering solutions to process problems in conjunction with production management and operators

- Support the plant management in order to achieve successful implementation and compliance with all the safety standards and directives

- To introduce process control parameters and facilitate the operators to carry out the same as an on-going practise

- Responsible for training the plant staff to keep them up to date with the latest techniques to improve the overall plant performance

Requirements :

- BTech (Chem/ Mech)

- 12 to 18 yrs of experience

- Good experience in manufacturing, process engineering or technical project development, with a good understanding of the plant organization

- Experience in Production Management in a Continuous Process Industry

- Experience of implementation of TPM Pillars, safety standards, Focussed Improvement Pillars etc

Location : District Bharuch, Gujarat
