Production Manager - Manufacturing Operations (12-15 yrs)
Job Description for Manager Production Operations :
- Responsible for Entire production and manufacturing operations
- Improvement for production and product quality
- Mentoring & monitoring daily production planning by coordinating with teams
- Meeting the goals of production, Manufacturing, engineering, quality and safety, to meet customer demands
- Plan, direct and coordinate with manpower to meet production schedules
- Maintain day to day knowledge and information about plant management
- Inventory and manufacturing management
- Negotiating with Vendors
- Monitoring sourcing of Spares & Material
- Dealing with Staff for all HR issues/Discipline
- Decisive and effective in leading cross functional
- Should have experience in Kaizen, CAPA, TPM, 5S, Kanban, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, PFD, SOP, WI.
Desired profile :
- Should BE / B Tech engineering with min 10-15 years of experience
- Detail oriented with an analytical bent of mind and a positive attitude.
- Team player with strong interpersonal, problem solving and man management skills.
