Production Manager - Material Management (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- To Get Desire Output w.r.t. Weekly & Monthly Plan
- Lead morning Meeting with Daily upcoming schedule & hurdles with all Engineers and Team Leaders
- Monitor Work Distribution to each team Leader on daily basis.
- Regular Monitor and fulfilment of TAs requirements according to work distribution on daily basis for smooth Production
- Monitor all Job w.r.t. Target given in Focus of the Week (FOW) & w.r.t. SAP of Month
- Indenting of material within 72Hours after release of drawing but not later than 10th of each month for CM+1
- Making Issue slip and Material issuance from store FG Wise
- Updating & Follow Ups Shortages of each running JOB FG Wise
- Focus on first time right / pass
- Focus on ON Time Delivery
- Conduct Evening Meeting with Daily observe hurdles & upcoming schedule
- Overtime plan and time plan monitoring to justify it with the ongoing jobs on floor by 2PM of same day
- Comply all ERP activities in manufacturing module
- Preparation of Monthly Data as per MIS Format
- Preparation of Gap Analysis of Week wise plan
- Making Presentation with comparing data's from LA
- Ensure timely maintenance of machines
- Monitor & Ensure all Work is to processed as per SOP & Defined System
- Comply all IMS documentation related to production.
- Observe the working in each process to remove NVA activities and ease the work process - increase in productivity by min. 10% over LY data
- Ensure to give & Take Kaizen from each TAs & Captains in every month
- Ensure zero in process rejections / NCR
