Production Manager - Mechanical Engineering (10-14 yrs)
Qualification : B.E /B.Tech - Mechanical / Production
- Having Experienced in manufacturing Hard and Soft bags.
- Make accurate & timely production planning
- Manage production schedule for achieving production planning timely & accurately along with optimum utilization of resources
- Implement new approaches of production and come up with automations wherever possible
- Ensure accuracy in production as per the specifications of design team for new product
- Estimate costs for production and setting the quality standards for the products
- Reduce the abnormal wastage and achieve yield %
- Ensure least breakdown time for the resources
- Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment- s
- Monitor product standards and implementing quality-control programs
- Effectively co-ordinate with other department managers to implement the policies & goals of the company
- Accurate and timely reporting to the management
- Ensure that the health & safety guidelines are followed properly
- Track production data using standard data-capturing method
- Supervise and motivate team members to meet production targets
- Ensure proper housekeeping of the premises by the team
