Position: Manager Production
Qualification: BE / Diploma any Engineering Prefer Industrial Engineering
Experience: 10-12 Years in Food Can /Cup / Packaging Industries
Job Description :
1. Support the development of all employees.
2. To ensure implementation & maintenance of quality system.
3. To assure quality of each product as per customer requirement.
4. Corrective & Preventive action on internal / external rejections & customer complaints & its implementation.
5. Effective implementation of statistical techniques in all section of prod.
6. To control further processing of non-conforming products until the deficiency is resolved & corrected.
7. To plan manpower & identify training needs of personnel.
8. Responsible to maintain all updated drawings of product and keep inform to production or any concerned department.
9. Monitoring the productivity at all stages
10. Achieving optimum utilization of machine/s.
11. Endeavor to reduce the wastage.
12. Strictly adhering the time frame. Production as per time schedule by PPC and any bottle necks to be informed well in advance.
13. To prepare the material flow chart to time and delivery.
14. Continuous on line monitoring of the entire process of production hereafter
15. To ensure on time delivery in full.
