Production Manager - Planning & Control (6-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Depth knowledge of Assembly Process & defect.
- Co-ordinate with PPC, Logistic & Fabrication team for availability of raw material.
- Manufacturing, trouble shooting for achieving daily production targets.
- Ensure achievement of daily & weekly production target in Assembly line.
- Manpower selection on job training & multitasking.
- Initiate and implement projects to improve productivity on assembly line.
- Generate daily/monthly/weekly assembly production report.
- Planning and ensuring availability of consumables and tools on assembly line.
Skills Required :
- Expert in production planning and control
- Good Co-ordination with Concern Deptt.
- Candidate should have experience of large manpower handling.
- Positive attitude, never give up approach, must be able to work under pressure with problem solving skills.
