Production Manager - Plant Operations (10-12 yrs)
Responsibility :
- To review daily production and customer supply activity by conducting daily meeting.
- To review capacity & inter plant activity.
- To support for achieving overall plant productivity as well as sale.
- Communication and co-ordination between marketing, customer & internal-within depart.
- For achieving business target to visit at customer/ supplier end as and when required.
- Maintain administration within department.
- To support for implementation of TS16949/ TPM /ERP.
- Non-moving items to be reduced.
- To reduce inventory level.
- Direct or co-ordinate production, purchasing, distribution or financial forecasting services or activities to limit costs & improve customer service.
- Examine existing procedures or opportunities for streamlining activities to meet product distribution needs, direct the process of inventory.
- Monitor, forecast and quote to identify changes or to determine movement and their effect on supply chain activities.
- Analyze inventories to determine to increase inventory turns, reduce wastage or optimize customer services.
- Optimize setting changes
