Production Manager - Plant Operations (2-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Maintain the productivity levels in sewing.
- Technically sound to set up & start a new style in the shortest possible time.
- Maintain monthly Cost/SAM
- On-time shipment, rescreening of shipment by style
- Cost effectiveness of plant/Unit
- Profitability and capacity enhancement
- Maintenance (of defects)
- Handle Labour issues
- Security & administration of unit
- Control surplus and wastages
- Shipping quality merchandise and avoid claims
- To make and submit MIS.
- To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
- Candidates having experience in handling a team will be preferred
