Production Manager - Plant Operations - FMCG (10-12 yrs)
- Controlling and actively steering the manufacturing facilities
- Supervising monthly/weekly production plans for manufacturing based on sales forecast / estimate and requirement furnished by planning team
- Coordinating a team of Engineers and Technician and ensuring their development on the basis of training courses and appraisals
- Implementing the resources and activities required to guarantee the safety of operators, providing for the compliance of tools with the group's rules, maintenance and operator training
- Planning timely activities in the manufacturing plant on the basis of the production plan, Maintenance and readjusting them according to unforeseen circumstances
- Ensuring that weighing and development activities are carried out in strict compliance with the procedures and correct practices by providing permanent presence.
- Programming manufacturing tests in cooperation with the process expert in order to improve the manufacturing process
- Assessing the performance of the manufacturing plant to improve it on the basis of indicators
- BE from Tire 1/2 Institute with atleast 10 yrs in Production from good FMCG Industry is a must
