Production Manager - Plastics (3-5 yrs)

Roles & responsibilities :
- Candidate Must have experience in capital good - preferably Plastic processing machinery .
- Must have some experience of sales and communication & negotiation skill. Creating and implementing sales goals.
- Should be able to analyse sales data and able to collect market intelligence.
- Should be able to coordinate with operation team and sales team for product enhancement & development.
Skills required :
- Understanding customer requirement and should be able to convert it into deliverable.
- Work experience as Product engineer to manager.
- Having experience of Plastic processing machinery
